When registering for a course or purchasing a product from CAE Sound, you may pay online with a bank card, or by mailing in a check. If you choose to pay by bank card, we will ask you to provide a credit card number and related information. We pass your information to our processing company in an encrypted form to protect the privacy of your information. CAE Sound does not retain your credit card number (other than the last four digits) and related information in its records.
Occasionally a customer will want to provide a credit card number by telephone or fax and ask us to process a transaction on their behalf. Upon completion of such a transaction, we destroy the credit card information and do not retain it in our records.
